Help Desk Ticket & Thread
Through our automated help desk, you can view responses made to
your tickets and post replies to them. If your problem is solved
you can also close the ticket so that there are no more replies
made to it.

Lost Ticket Code
If you are trying to access a ticket you've created in our automatic
help desk system and cannot find your login code, use this from
to enter your E-mail address and have your login information sent
there. Please only enter the E-mail address that you used when you
originally created your ticket, any other address will not work
correctly. Your code will be E-mailed to you automatically once
the correct address is entered.
